What are the taxes and fees on my reservation?

All reservations are subject to an 8% Montana lodging tax, plus $2/night local tourism bed tax.

What is the credit card authorization at check-in?

If you book directly through our website, your card will be authorized for the full amount. If you book through a third party, your card will be authorized for $1 just to make sure the card is valid.

What is the guestroom cancellation policy?

Standard Policy: All rooms are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations that fail to show or cancel within 24 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged the first night’s room and tax.

Packages: Packages are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy. Package reservations that fail to show or cancel within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged the first night’s room and tax.

More than 10 room nights: Reservations that fail to show or cancel within seven days of scheduled arrival will be charged the first night’s room and tax.

Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in?

Guests must be at least 18 to check-in.

Does the hotel have ADA accessible rooms?

I booked on a website other than and need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

Changes to reservations need to be made via the same booking channel that they were originally confirmed.


What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?

Yep! We would be happy to store your luggage for you at the front desk.

What are the options for parking?

Valet parking is $20 per day with in and out privileges. Or, there is self-parking on the street.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

The Wren is located about 15 minutes from the Missoula International Airport

Do you offer free shuttle service to and from Missoula International Airport?

No, we do not.

Is The Wren pet-friendly?

We always love meeting new pups here at The Wren! Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability, so advance reservations are required. Just call us at 406-401-4400 prior to booking to verify the availability of a pet-friendly room.

The Wren does not have a fitness center on-site. However, we are happy to assist you in finding a great place to hike or bike in the beautiful Missoula area!
